DELIVERY

Our henna cones are made to order by our dedicated team which can take up to 3/4 working days to process. Fresh cones will be shipped after the processing time/s. Therefore, it is vital that an order is placed well in advance. Every order will be delivered in our protective packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed (Monday – Thursday) and a signature is required upon delivery. Once items have been posted, please remember that the postal system is out of our hands and that delivery times may vary. As a guide, we are given the following delivery times for our parcels:

Within UK: 1-3 working days. 


We are continuously working on reducing prices for shipping, however as the prices are set by our courier companies, we have to charge according to that. We review our prices on a regular basis to ensure that our customers are paying the lowest price.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. An additional postage fee will be applicable if the item is returned due to the address being incorrect. Unfortunately, you will not be entitled to a refund if this is an error on your part.


RETURNS

Due to its perishable nature, fresh henna products cannot be returned unless you receive them damaged.


DELIVERY DELAY 

It is extremely rare for parcels to go "missing" in the mail. However, once we have shipped your parcel/s, we leave it to the postal company to deliver packages and occasionally they may have delays with their services. This is completely out of our hands and is not something we can control. If you have concerns about your parcel, please email Shifahenna@hotmail.com with your order details and full name. There is a 15 working day time period during which Royal Mail do not investigate any specific parcels. After 15 working days have passed, we are required to submit a claims form with your details, to seek a reimbursement for the cost of the items you purchased. Until this claim is complete and we have reclaimed your money, we are unable to take further action.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

As the cones are fresh and perishable, we do not ship internationally. All other items can be shipped internationally. Please email Shifahenna@hotmail.com for shipping times and prices.

For International orders, we do not take responsibility for parcels once they leave the UK. We are not liable for missing parcels.
